To make optimal use of the "Healthy Leadership" program, registration is required. As part of registration, certain personal data is collected. The information required for registration is marked as mandatory fields (*). The processing of your data is necessary so that we can create a user account for you and carry out the associated communication. The legal basis for processing is the contract for implementation of the "Healthy Leadership" program, Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.

If you revoke your participation in the program, the data stored in the user account will be deleted, provided there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.

Terms of participation

The online program "Healthy Leadership" supports you in your work as a manager. You will receive practical suggestions to lead your employees in a healthy way and find your inner balance. In the modules, the program teaches knowledge and techniques for the further development of your own leadership skills. Participation in the "Healthy Leadership" program is only possible if you have reached the age of 18. Participation is free of charge. After registration, you have 6 months to complete the modules. After this period has expired, your login data and progress will be deleted. If you would like to use the program again after the 6 months have expired, you have the option to register again and start the program anew.

In addition, you can revoke your participation in the program at any time in writing via our support team (kontakt@aok-gesundfuehren.de). If you revoke your participation, your data already transmitted will be deleted immediately.
